All photographs, films, text, logos and other content on this website are the property of RR Films Photography unless stated otherwise, and are protected by copyright law.

You may view the photographs on this site and share links to our pages. You may not copy, download, edit, publish or use any photograph or film from this site for any purpose without our written permission.

When you book a shoot, the photographs we create for you are licensed to you for the personal uses agreed in your booking confirmation — for example, printing and sharing with family and friends. Commercial use of your photographs needs a separate written agreement.

An enquiry made through this website is a request for a quotation. It does not create a contract, and it does not reserve a date. A booking is confirmed only when we confirm it in writing — by email, message or a signed booking confirmation.

The shoot date, venue, deliverables, timelines and fees are agreed for each shoot individually and recorded in your booking confirmation. No prices are published on this website; every quotation is prepared for your specific requirements.

If an advance payment is required to reserve your date, the amount and due date will be stated in your booking confirmation. Dates are held only once the agreed advance has been received.

If you need to reschedule or cancel, please tell us as soon as possible. Rescheduling and cancellation will be handled as agreed in your booking confirmation, and any advance already paid will be dealt with as stated there.

When you enquire or book with us, you agree to:

• give us accurate contact details and information about your shoot;
• make sure you have the permissions needed for photography at your venue, and for any people who will be photographed;
• tell us in advance about any restrictions at the venue, such as photography rules or time limits, that could affect the shoot.

Your photographs will be delivered in the format and within the timeframe agreed in your booking confirmation, usually through an online gallery. The number of edited photographs included in your package is stated in your confirmation. Additional edits, prints and albums can be arranged on request and may carry an additional charge.

To the extent permitted by law, RR Films Photography is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or our services, including loss caused by circumstances outside our control, such as venue restrictions, weather, or the failure of a third-party service.

Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be published on this page, and the “Last updated” date above will change when it does. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from them will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, Maharashtra.
