We collect only the information you choose to give us. When you submit an enquiry through the form on our Book Us page, we collect your first name, last name, mobile number, location, email address, the shoot categories you select, and anything you write in the optional message box.

We do not ask you to create an account, and we do not collect payment details through this website. Any payment for a booking is arranged separately and directly with you.

When you visit the site, our server automatically receives basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit. We use this only to keep the site secure and working — for example, to limit abusive or automated submissions to the enquiry form. We do not use it to identify you personally or to build a profile of you.

We use the information you provide to:

• respond to your enquiry and discuss your shoot with you;
• prepare a quotation and, if you book, deliver the photography service;
• keep a record of our correspondence with you.

We do not sell your personal information to anyone. We do not send marketing emails or messages unless you have separately asked us to.

Your enquiry is sent once, by email, to our studio inbox using Resend, an email delivery service. Resend processes the email only to deliver it. Your enquiry details are not stored in our website database or in our content management system.

Our website content and photographs are managed through Sanity, and the site is hosted on Netlify. These providers process technical data needed to run the site, under their own privacy terms. They do not receive your enquiry details.

We will only share your information with anyone else if we are required to do so by law, or to protect our legal rights.

We do not currently use analytics or advertising cookies, and we do not track you across other websites. Details are in our Cookie Notice. If we add analytics in the future, we will ask for your consent first and update that notice.

We keep enquiry emails in our studio inbox for up to 12 months after your enquiry is closed, so we can follow up and keep proper business records. After that we delete them. You can ask us to delete your enquiry sooner at any time — see “Your rights” below.

Under the DPDP Act, 2023 you have the right to ask us for a summary of the personal data we hold about you, to ask us to correct it if it is inaccurate, and to ask us to erase it. You can also raise a grievance about how your data has been handled.

To make any of these requests, call us at +91 8830839622 or write to us at the studio address above. Please tell us your name and the email address or mobile number you used to enquire, so we can find your record. We will respond within a reasonable time and will not charge you for a reasonable request.

This website is not directed at children under 18. If you are under 18, please ask a parent or guardian to enquire on your behalf.

The site is served over HTTPS, and access to our studio inbox and content system is limited to the studio owner and the developer who maintains this website. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable steps to protect the information you share with us.

We may update this policy from time to time, for example if the services we use change. The latest version will always be published on this page, and the “Last updated” date above will change when it does.

If you have any questions about this policy or about your personal data, call us at +91 8830839622, or write to RR Films Photography, Beed Bypass Rd, Prathamesh Nagar, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, Maharashtra 431006.
